How to Top Up a Virtual Corporate Card (Admin/Card Admin/Super Admin)

Currently, you can easily top up a Virtual Corporate Card through Mekari Expense in each category of Virtual Corporate Card that has been created. Here are the steps.

  1. Go to the Card menu, then select Virtual cards.
  2. Then click on one of the Card categories you want to top up.

  3. On the Card detail page, click “Top-up card balance”.

  4. Next, you will be directed to the following screen. This display shows the Mekari Expense balance and the remaining card balance. You can enter the top-up amount you want and the reason for the top-up based on the Mekari Expense balance and the remaining card balance. Make sure all data is correct, then check the toggle below to confirm that you agree to the applicable terms and conditions.

    - Your Mekari Expense balance will be automatically deducted when performing a top-up.
    - If the card balance amount to be topped up exceeds the Mekari Expense balance, you will need to top up the Mekari Expense balance first.

  5. Once the data is filled in, click “Proceed to top up”.

  6. A pop-up notification will appear. Click “Proceed” to continue.

  7. The following notification will appear indicating that your card top-up is in process.

  8. Top-up processes with statuses Success, In process, and Failed will appear on the Top up History page below.

  9. Successful or failed top-ups will also appear in the Mekari Expense notification page under the My cards tab.
