How to Manage Card Details as a Card Holder

As a Card Holder, you can manage the Card details of a Virtual card or Physical card assigned by the Super Admin in the My Cards menu. In the following guide, you will learn how to manage Card details  as a Card Holder through the My Cards page.

In addition to viewing transaction history, you can also view top-up and transaction fee history, as well as submit or revise reports for eligible transactions.

Important
The My Cards menu can only be viewed by employees who have at least one assigned card. This menu will not appear for regular employees who do not have a card.  

A. How to Access Card Details

Card Holders can view sensitive card information, such as the card number, expiration date, and CVV, through the “Card Details” button. To protect sensitive card information, Card Holders must verify their identity first before they can view the full card number, expiration date, and CVV. Follow these steps to access the card details page:

  1. Log in to your Mekari Expense account, then select the My cards menu.
     
  2. Then select Virtual cards.
  3. Then click “View detail”.
  4. On the following page, click “Card details”.
  5. In the Card number section, click the “eye” icon.

  6. Then, in the “Enter verification code” pop-up, enter the verification code sent to your registered email address. Then click “Verify”.
     

    - If you want to resend the verification code, please wait until the countdown ends before requesting a new code.

    - If the verification code you entered is invalid, the message “OTP Code was invalid” will appear. Enter the correct verification code to continue the verification process.
     

  7. You can then automatically view the detailed card information.

B. How to View Transaction History

Card Holders can submit or revise reports for eligible transactions directly through the Transaction History page. Follow these steps.

  1. Log in to your Mekari Expense account, then select the My cards menu.
     
  2. Then select Virtual cards.
  3. Then click “View detail”.
  4. Then scroll down the page until you find the “Transaction History” tab. Then, for one of the transactions, click “View details”.
  5. Then, on the following screen, click “Submit report”.
  6. In the Submit Report pop-up, complete the following information. Then click “Submit”

    Field descriptions:
    1. Category: select the appropriate transaction category.
    2. Upload receipt: upload transaction proof in JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF format, with a maximum size of 5 MB. You can upload up to 20 files.
    3. Note: enter a note related to the transaction, with a maximum of 200 characters.
  7. You will then be redirected to the Transaction history page. The Card Holder can click the “Export CSV” button in the Transaction History table. The CSV file will be generated automatically and sent to the Card Holder’s registered email address.
  8. The following is an example of the exported CSV file.

C. How to View Top-Up History 

  1. Log in to your Mekari Expense account, then select the My cards menu.
     
  2. Then select Virtual cards.
  3. Then click “View detail”.
  4. Then scroll down the page until you find the “Top Up History” tab. 

    In this section, the Card Holder can:

    • View transaction fee history, including the transaction date, fee amount, and transaction status.
    • Filter transaction fee history by month or a specific date range.
    • View the empty state when there is no transaction fee history for the selected period.

    D. How to View Transaction Fee History

    1. Log in to your Mekari Expense account, then select the My cards menu.
       
    2. Then select Virtual cards.
    3. Then click “View detail”.
    4. Then scroll down the page until you find the “Transaction Fee History” tab. 

      In this section, the Card Holder can:

      • View transaction fee history, including the Transaction ID, Merchant Name, Transaction Date, and Fee Amount.

      • Search for transaction fees by Merchant Name.

      • View information about when the transaction fee will be automatically deducted from the company balance.

      • Export transaction fee history in CSV format.

      • Click the Export CSV button in the Transaction Fee History table.

      • Receive the exported CSV file at the registered email address.

        Important 
        The features for Physical Cards follow the Virtual Cards flow, including Search, Filter, and page navigation. The interaction and technical functionality are the same for both card types.

        All data on the "My Cards" page can only be accessed by the Card holder who is currently logged in. Data belonging to other Card holders cannot be viewed, and Card details showing the 16 digits cannot be viewed by other Card holders or the Super Admin.

        Card holders only have access to view data. Administrative actions such as creating, assigning, or deactivating cards can only be performed by the Super Admin.
