The Multi-Company Management feature in the Mekari Expense Mobile app allows users who have been granted cross-company access to switch between companies (company switching) without needing to log out of their account.
When switching companies, the app will display data, transactions, and information according to the currently active Company ID (CID).
- Employees with resigned or inactive status cannot be granted or have their cross-company access updated.
- Each company must have at least 1 active Super Admin.
- If the Mekari Expense subscription for a child company expires, cross-company access will be temporarily suspended and automatically restored once the subscription is renewed.
- Talenta synchronization only applies to the active Parent CID. Cross-company access to other child companies will remain unchanged.
Follow the steps below to perform company switching on the Mekari Expense Mobile app.
Log in to your Mekari Expense Mobile account. Then click your profile icon at the top right of the page.
A list of companies connected to you will appear. Select one of the companies, then click “Switch”.
- The company will be successfully switched.
