The My claims menu functions to view reimbursement and cash advance transactions that have been submitted through Mekari Expense web and mobile versions.

Here is a brief explanation of the My claims menu:

2Request claimsTo upload reimbursement transactions (with or without OCR) and cash advance that have been submitted through Mekari Expense web version.
3Pending claims notificationNotifies that there are claims still waiting for refund or settlement status and prompts the user to complete them promptly, while providing a button to directly access the related claim page.
4ReimbursementDisplays a summary of the reimbursement submissions you have made, both approved and awaiting approval.
5Cash AdvanceDisplays a summary of the cash advance submissions you have made, both reported and awaiting approval.
6DateUse the date filter here to display reimbursement and cash advance transactions you want to see based on day/month/year/custom.

Use the status filter here to display reimbursement/cash advance information based on status, which includes:

  • Awaiting Approval: reimbursement/cash advance transactions are still waiting for approval

  • Approved: reimbursement/cash advance transactions have been approved

  • Rejected: reimbursement/cash advance transactions have been rejected

  • Canceled: employee canceled the reimbursement/cash advance transaction submission (can be canceled before approval/rejection).

  • Disbursed: reimbursement/cash advance transaction submission has been disbursed.

  • Awaiting settlement: waiting for receipt/accountability report.

  • Awaiting review: accountability report is waiting to be reviewed by the approver.

  • Awaiting disbursement: waiting for reimbursement and cash advance disbursement.

  • Awaiting refund: waiting for fund return.

  • Settled: accountability report from cash advance has been approved.

8All Filterto filter transaction information displayed based on type and category.
9OCR creditQuota used each time the system scans and automatically reads data from uploaded receipts using OCR.
10SearchUse the search box here to find your reimbursement/cash advance transactions based on Transaction ID.
11Transaction IDContains the employee ID number who made the reimbursement/cash advance transaction.
