As an employee, you can use and access the Virtual corporate card that has been previously set up by the Admin/super admin role. You can access the Virtual Corporate Card through your Mekari Expense Mobile app. Here are the steps.

To gain access to the Virtual Corporate Card on Mekari Expense Mobile, you need to contact the Admin/Super admin team who previously set up your Virtual Corporate Card.
Log in to your Mekari Expense application.
Then click “My card”.
Next, on the following page, click “Card detail”.

A card detail display will appear showing the card name, card number, card expiration date, security code, card limit amount, and the purpose of card issuance previously set by the Admin/Super admin. You can use the card number for transaction purposes by copying the numbers on the provided card number.
- The Card details display will only appear for 30 seconds and will automatically disappear afterward. - If you want to view the Card details display again, you can click “Card details” again on your mobile page.
If you encounter any issues when making transactions using the Virtual corporate card, you can contact our support team by returning to the following page. Then click the “question mark” icon.

Next, you will be directed to the following screen. Then click “Contact us”.
If there is a transaction suspected to be fraudulent and constitutes scam, immediately contact our support team including the following information:
1. Cardholder name.
2. Employee ID.
3. Virtual Corporate Card number.
4. Transaction details including date, time, merchant name, and transaction amount.
