- The Success status indicates that the transaction has been synced. -
You will be directed to the Purchase Invoice form. Fill in the required information.
- The Vendor, Product, and Tax fields are mandatory. The Warehouse, Tagging, and Term of payment fields are optional and must be created first in Jurnal to appear in the dropdown.
- The Vendor field in Jurnal on Mekari Expense must match the vendor entry in Mekari Jurnal. In this case, the vendors in Mekari Expense and Mekari Jurnal must be the same.
- If the vendor is not listed in Mekari Jurnal, you can add a new vendor first in Mekari Expense by clicking “+Add as a new vendor” as shown below. The vendor will then automatically appear in Mekari Jurnal.
- The warehouse, term, tag, and tax account fields are optional. Their entries can be adjusted according to data available in Mekari Jurnal.
- If there is a Rounding payment in your transaction, you need to perform Rounding amount mapping during integration. However, you must first create a Rounding product in Jurnal. Make sure all data is filled correctly, then click “Sync to Jurnal”.
