In the Mekari Expense and Mekari Jurnal integration, you can now synchronize purchase order transactions between Mekari Expense and Mekari Jurnal. Here are the steps.
Go to the Integration menu.
Then click “Transaction List” in the Jurnal integration.
On the Purchase Order tab, click the “Sync to Jurnal” button to start synchronization.
You will be directed to the Purchase Order form. Fill in the required information.
Notes:No Field Explanation 1 Vendor in Jurnal The Vendor in Jurnal field in Mekari Expense must match the vendor entries in Mekari Jurnal. That is, the vendor in Mekari Expense and Mekari Jurnal must be the same.
If the vendor is not yet listed in Mekari Jurnal, you can add a new vendor first in Mekari Expense by clicking “+Add as a new vendor” as shown below.
The vendor will then automatically appear in Mekari Jurnal.
2 Warehouse in Jurnal Fill in the warehouse field according to the data available in Mekari Jurnal. 3 Term of Payment in Jurnal Fill in the term of payment field according to the data available in Mekari Jurnal. 4 Tag Fill in the tag field according to the data available in Mekari Jurnal. 5 Product in Jurnal The product field must match the product entries in Mekari Jurnal. 6 Tax account Fill in the tax field according to the data available in Mekari Jurnal. If the data is correct, click the “Sync to Jurnal” button.
The data will then be successfully synchronized with the data in Jurnal.
The Purchase Order data on the Jurnal side will look like this.
Purchase Orders can only be synchronized with the Purchase menu (not with Expense).
