After using a Physical Card, as a Super Admin or Admin, you can delegate the uploading of proof for employee transaction reports that have been created. Here are the steps.
- Log in to your Mekari Expense account, then click the Transactions menu.
- Then select the Physical cards tab.
Then select a transaction with the status Awaiting receipt.
If there is a Pending settlement status on certain transactions, it means that the transaction has not yet been approved by the related merchant. Once approved, the transaction status will change to Awaiting receipt.
- Next, click “Submit report”.
Then specify the transaction Category, upload the transaction proof, and fill in (optional). Make sure all data is correct, then click “Approve & Submit”.
