After using the Physical Card, as an employee, you also need to upload the transaction proof you have made. The transaction proof will later be approved by the Admin/Super Admin at your company. Here are the steps.
- Log in to your Mekari Expense Mobile account and then select the My card menu.
- Next, select Physical card.
- Then click “View” on the notification stating that there is one transaction without transaction proof as shown below.
- You will then be directed to the transaction detail page with the status ‘Awaiting receipt’. Click the following button to continue.
- Then select “Submit receipt”.
- Next, specify the Category of the transaction, upload the transaction proof, and fill in the Note (optional). Make sure all data is correct, then click “Submit”.
Next, please wait for approval from your Admin/Super Admin. After it is approved, the status will change to Awaiting review. Then, once your transaction proof has been successfully approved by the Admin/Super Admin, the following display will appear and the status of your transaction will change to Approved.
