How to Set Up Role Management

You can now directly manage the roles of each employee within the company on Mekari Expense. As an Admin/Super Admin, you can easily set each employee's role without needing to connect to the Talenta application. Here are the steps.

Important
- If you have previously connected with the Talenta application, you can synchronize the roles from Talenta to Mekari Expense.

- Your Roles previously set in Mekari Expense will not change if you synchronize employee roles from Talenta.

  1. Go to the User menu.
  2. Then, select one of the employee names whose role you want to change. Click “Actions” and choose "Change access role".

    Description

    Super Admin

    This role is responsible for managing Workflow, Policy, scheduled disbursements, and employee data in XPM.

    If you are a Super Admin, you can access all menus.

    Admin

    This role is responsible for managing Workflow, Policy, scheduled disbursements, and employee data in XPM.

    If you are an Admin, you can access all menus except the Card menu.

    Finance Admin
    (Coming soon)
    This role is responsible for finance as well as visibility and control over bill payments (can edit and approve all bills).
    Finance User
    (Coming soon)
    This role is assigned to finance staff who can create bills.
    AccountantThis role is assigned to Accountants responsible for mapping categories to the Chart of Accounts in Jurnal found on the Account Setting Integration page.
    Card Admin

    This role is responsible for issuing Virtual Corporate Cards and monitoring transactions within them.

    If you are a Card Admin, the menu display will look like the following.

    UserThis will be the default role assigned to all users. Users will only have access to the My expense, My trip, and My card tabs.
