You can make a request reimbursement through the Mekari Expense Mobile version by following these steps.

Log in to your Mekari Expense application.
On the Home page, click “Request Reimbursement”.
Next, you will be taken to the Request Reimbursement page to fill in the general information fields required for the reimbursement process.
Select the Expense Category you want to reimburse.
Select the transaction date.

Enter the amount you want to reimburse.
Make sure the amount you enter does not exceed the set balance limit.
Enter the name of the vendor you used.

Add payment proof files.
You can upload up to 5 files, and the maximum file size you can upload is 10 MB.
Next, fill in the description field to clarify the reimbursement request.
If all fields are filled, you can click “Submit'' to send the reimbursement request.
You will then be directed to a screen like this, indicating that the Request Reimbursement process has been successfully submitted.
