  1. Log in to your Mekari Expense application.

  2. After entering the Home page, click “My Expense”.

  3. Next, select a transaction with the status Waiting for Receipt. You can also search for it using the filter based on transaction status.

  4. Here is the view of the transaction page with the Waiting for Receipt status.

  5. Next, upload your payment proofs.

    You can upload up to 5 files and the maximum file size you can upload is 10 MB.

  6. Then fill in the vendor you used.

  7. Next, fill in additional notes in the description column.

  8. If you have filled in all the information, then click “Submit” to send the transaction for review before reporting.
