How to Submit a Business Trip Cash Advance Refund Request via Mobile

If the total Amount spent does not exceed the approved Cash advance amount, the next step is to process the refund of the cash advance to the company according to the agreement between you and the Approver. Here are the steps.

  1. Log in to your Mekari Expense application.
  2. Click on one of the lists with the status Awaiting refund.

  3. Click “Make refund”.

  4. Next, you will be directed to the following page. There is a Payment summary containing a payment summary and Payment method. To make a payment, click “Select payment method”.

  5. Then you will be directed to the following page. You can make a refund using the payment system via Virtual Account or via QRIS.

    - If you use the payment system via Virtual Account, the following display will appear. You can select the bank account that matches the one you have. Click here to learn the detailed guideline for transfers via Virtual Account for each available bank.
    - A notification of the payment deadline will appear.

    - If you use the payment system via QRIS, the following display will appear.

  6. If the payment is complete, click “Continue to payment”.
