Overview Menu Workflow [Claims]

In the Workflow menu under Mekari Expense Settings, the Admin/superadmin role can set up a series of workflows for the Reimbursement and Cash Advance processes based on the amount. In addition, Admin/superadmin can also create Custom Workflows.

Here is a glimpse of the Workflow menu that you can find by clicking Workflow.

A. Claims

In Reimbursement Workflow, you can set, edit, and delete the approval flow for reimbursement. Below is the Reimbursement Workflow display along with its explanation.

This button functions to create a new workflow.

2. List of created workflows (Created Workflow)

A list containing workflows you have created. Here, you can see information on Up to Amount (Reimbursement Limit Amount), Amount Range (Reimbursement Amount Range), and Approval Steps (Number of Approval Steps).

The number of approval steps is based on approval lines which can be selected for upper positions (positions above); ranging from 1 to 4 upper positions.

3. Action Button This dropdown button functions to edit (edit) and delete (delete) the workflow that has been created according to the row in the list.

In Cash Advance Workflow, you can set, edit, and delete the approval flow for cash advances. Below is the Cash Advance Workflow display along with its explanation.

2. List of created workflows (Created Workflow)

B. Trips

In Trips Workflow, you can set, edit, deactivate, and delete the trip flow. Below is the Trips Workflow display along with its explanation.

Trip type filter Use this filter to display information related to the type of trip that has been created.

Status filter Use the status filter here to display workflow information based on the trip workflow status. The statuses consist of all status, active, and inactive.

Search Use the search field here to find workflows that have been created.

Workflow name Displays the name of the workflow that has been created.

Trip type Displays the type of trip that has been conducted.

Description Displays the workflow description.

Policy Displays the type of policy used.

Status Displays the status of the workflow.

Actions

Use this button to:

  • View detail: view detailed information of the workflow that has been created.
  • Edit: make changes to the workflow information.
  • Deactivate/Activate: choose the status of the workflow category.
  • Delete: delete the workflow category.


C. Purchases

In Purchases Workflow, you can set, edit, duplicate, deactivate, and delete the Purchases flow. Below is the Purchases Workflow display along with its explanation.
