In the Approval Menu, you can perform Approval or Rejection on Reimbursement and Cash Advance transactions. Here is how to manage the My Approval menu that you can follow.
Go to the Approval Menu.
Select a transaction with the status “Awaiting Approval” then click View Detail.
On the detail view page, you can see the Claim information regarding the submitted reimbursement/cash advance transaction and information about the requester.
Additionally, you can monitor the progress of the submitted transaction on the Request history tab.
There is also a Discussion tab, where the approver and requester can communicate directly by typing questions to be discussed.
If the information regarding the reimbursement details is complete, you can click “Approval” to approve the transaction, or you can click “Reject” to reject the transaction.
