Overview Menu Approval

In the Approval menu, you can view a list of transactions that require your approval. Please note that you can see the full display of the Approval menu only if you have been assigned as an Approver.

Here is a brief explanation of the Approval menu interface:

Below is an explanation of each tab found in the Approvals menu.
 

1. Approval Claims

1DateUse the date filter here to display reimbursement and cash advance transactions you want to view based on day/month/year/custom.
2All Status

Use the Status filter to filter based on reimbursement status, which includes:

- Awaiting review: transactions waiting to be reviewed.

- Awaiting approval: transactions waiting for approval.

- Approved: transactions have been approved.

- Rejected: transactions have been rejected.

3All FilterUse the Filter to display category information based on Department, Branch, Type, and Category.
4Search transaction id or requester…Use the search field here to find your reimbursement/cash advance transactions based on transaction ID or requester name.
5Transaction IDUser transaction number.
6Request DateSubmission date.
7RequesterName of the employee submitting the Reimbursement/Cash advance.
8.DepartmentEmployee's position within the company.
9.TypeType of submission made. The types consist of Reimbursement and Cash advance.
10.Expense CategoryExpense category.
11.StatusSubmission status.
12.AmountAmount of money submitted.
13.ActionContains the View detail feature.
14.View detailUse this button to display details of the reimbursement/cash advance transaction requiring your approval, as well as to approve or reject the transaction.

2. Approval Trips

6Request byDisplays the role of the person who submitted the trip.

8Request dateDisplays the submission date.
9Trip dateDisplays the trip date.
10StatusDisplays the status of the trip request.
11ActionsClick this button to access “View request” and “View report.”
