In the Approval menu, you can view a list of transactions that require your approval. Please note that you can see the full display of the Approval menu only if you have been assigned as an Approver.
Here is a brief explanation of the Approval menu interface:
Below is an explanation of each tab found in the Approvals menu.
1. Approval Claims
| No. | Column Name | Description |
| 1 | Date | Use the date filter here to display reimbursement and cash advance transactions you want to view based on day/month/year/custom. |
| 2 | All Status | Use the Status filter to filter based on reimbursement status, which includes: - Awaiting review: transactions waiting to be reviewed. - Awaiting approval: transactions waiting for approval. - Approved: transactions have been approved. - Rejected: transactions have been rejected. |
| 3 | All Filter | Use the Filter to display category information based on Department, Branch, Type, and Category. |
| 4 | Search transaction id or requester… | Use the search field here to find your reimbursement/cash advance transactions based on transaction ID or requester name. |
| 5 | Transaction ID | User transaction number. |
| 6 | Request Date | Submission date. |
| 7 | Requester | Name of the employee submitting the Reimbursement/Cash advance. |
| 8. | Department | Employee's position within the company. |
| 9. | Type | Type of submission made. The types consist of Reimbursement and Cash advance. |
| 10. | Expense Category | Expense category. |
| 11. | Status | Submission status. |
| 12. | Amount | Amount of money submitted. |
| 13. | Action | Contains the View detail feature. |
| 14. | View detail | Use this button to display details of the reimbursement/cash advance transaction requiring your approval, as well as to approve or reject the transaction. |
2. Approval Trips

| 1 | Filter Trip types | Use the Trip types filter here to display the types of trips that have been created. |
| 2 | Filter Status | Use the status filter to display the status of the trip submission. |
| 3 | Filter Cash Advance status | Use the Cash Advance status filter to display the status of the Cash Advance that has been submitted. |
| 4 | Search bar | Use the search field here to find the trip request that has been made. |
| 5 | Trip name | Displays the name of the trip. |
| 6 | Request by | Displays the role of the person who submitted the trip. |
| 7 | Destination | Displays the destination. |
| 8 | Request date | Displays the submission date. |
| 9 | Trip date | Displays the trip date. |
| 10 | Status | Displays the status of the trip request. |
| 11 | Actions | Click this button to access “View request” and “View report.” |
